My room featured very high ceilings and royal decor. I saw open views all around, right next to everything. The provided complimentary soft drinks and tea. I also enjoyed the clean, huge rooms .
I did have some slight issues with street noise.

i found the hotel's location quite convenient it was easy to access many key attractions. my room's complimentary water and soft drinks were a nice touch. the exterior of the hotel also offered a great view.
the minibar only had water and soft drinks i expected more variety for a hotel of this standard. the shower leaked significantly causing water to spread across the bathroom floor. the hotel's decor seemed somewhat dated it could benefit from updates.

The shower was not good. The shower head was broken and the rainfall feature barely worked. I was on the ground floor. I heard a lot of noise from the hallway and upstairs throughout my stay. This happened at least seven times a night. This is not what I expected from a supposed 5-star hotel.
